Cancelation options

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your Agafay Day Pass. If you need to cancel your pass, please follow these guidelines:

1. Refund Policy: Agafay Day Pass is non-refundable, but if the activities included in the pass are cancelled due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule the activities or provide a refund.
   
   
2. Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel your Agafay Day Pass, you must do so at least 24 hours before the start time of the pass. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of the pass will not be eligible for a refund.
   
   
3. Cancellation Process: To cancel your Agafay Day Pass, please contact us at the email address provided on our website. Please include your name, the date and time of your pass, and the reason for cancellation in your email. We will confirm your cancellation and provide any additional information you may need.
   
   
4. Rescheduling Option: If you need to reschedule your Agafay Day Pass, please contact us at least 24 hours before the start time of the pass. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and reschedule your pass for a different date and time.
   
   
5. No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your Agafay Day Pass without canceling or rescheduling in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund or a rescheduling option.
