Age Requirement: To purchase an Agafay Day Pass, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult.
Validity: Agafay Day Pass is valid only for the date and time specified on the pass. You must present your pass at the entrance to the Agafay Desert to gain access.
Activity Restrictions: Some activities included in the Agafay Day Pass may have restrictions or limitations based on age, height, weight, or health conditions. You must follow all safety instructions provided by the activity provider and wear appropriate safety gear.

Code of Conduct: You must follow all posted rules and regulations while on the premises of the Agafay Desert. You may not engage in any behavior that is disruptive, illegal, or harmful to others or the environment.
Intellectual Property: All content on the Agafay Day Pass website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Agafay Day Pass and may not be used without our permission.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Agafay Desert or cancel your Agafay Day Pass if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any behavior that is harmful or disruptive to others.
Privacy: We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By purchasing an Agafay Day Pass, you agree to our privacy policy.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the Agafay Day Pass is purchased.
